Shipping
General Shipping Info
Good things take time (and sometimes, a few extra days in the mail!). Our orders with free shipping use USPS Ground Advantage, and USPS is currently running a bit slower than usual with scanning and delivery. Thanks for your patience!
Where do you ship?
At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States only. We’re not able to ship internationally just yet—but we hope to in the future!
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $75 within the continental U.S. (the lower 48 states). Orders under $75 will be charged a shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen carrier.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and Armed Forces addresses ship via USPS Priority Mail and are not eligible for free shipping.
When will my order ship and how long will it take?
Most orders are processed within one business day, and delivery usually takes 5-8 business days, depending on your location. Please note that USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, and FedEx Ground are not guaranteed delivery services, so exact transit times may vary.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
Can I pick up my order?
We don’t currently offer local pick-up, but don’t worry, you might not have to wait! Visit our Store Locator to find a retailer near you with Very Marie products in stock.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Very Marie purchase! If you’re not completely happy, you may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please don’t send your return directly to the manufacturer address on the box. Contact us first, and we’ll help you through the process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Uh oh—something’s not right! Send us a note at hello@VeryMarie.com and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of as quickly as possible.
How do I make a return?
Please contact us at hello@VeryMarie.com with your order number, and we’ll share the instructions for sending your item back. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the total.
If you’re sending an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive items lost in transit.
Delivery times for returned or exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
Do you accept returns on opened kits?
Because our kits contain craft materials, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused products.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase within 30 days for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
What if I want to return a gift?
If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll mail you a gift certificate to use toward a future purchase.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will go to the original purchaser, and they’ll be notified of the return.
Where is my refund?
We’ll email you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if your refund has been approved. If it’s approved, you’ll automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that it may take a little extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
